If you have had a full series of dental radiographs (xrays) taken within the last few years it is helpful to have them forwarded to our office. You may email your records to info@LaurelDentalTX.com. If you would like us to file dental insurance on your behalf we will need your policy information before your visit so we can provide you with more accurate benefit estimates.
